DETAILS, FICTION AND ONE-WAY CAR RENTALS

..refused! I submitted a claim to get a refund. Hertz refuses to refund declaring it's Kayaks place to refund and Kayak states Hertz is liable. I don't care who offers me the refund. I put in income on a product/services and I DID NOT acquire the product/assistance so a refund is necessary and justified. Extremely unhappy in your entire situation.
